Golokam is more than just an ashram; it is a sanctuary where individuals can connect with their spiritual selves, find solace in the teachings of Lord Krishna, and experience the joy of selfless service.

Narasimha Jayanthi is celebrated on the appearance day of Narasimha Bhagavan an avatar of Sri Krishna, on fourteenth day of the Hindu month of Vaisakha (April-May). This incarnation took the form of half human and half lion, and hence the ‘Narasimha’. Sri Krishnana took this avatar to vanquish the oppressive asura King Hiranyakashipu and protect his devotee, Prahlada. Narasimha avatar marked the victory of good over evil and protection offered by God to his devotees. This avatar also shows that the divine is present in every element of nature living or non-living.
